This Privacy Policy describes how 247Clerk ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), including features that connect to third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.).

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account information — such as your name and email address when you sign up or contact us.
• Information from Meta platforms — if you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account, we may receive information you authorize through Meta's APIs, such as your public profile (name, profile picture), page or business account details, and messages or comments sent to your connected pages or accounts, solely as permitted by the permissions you grant.
• Usage and device information — such as log data, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Service, collected automatically to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To respond to messages and inquiries on your behalf when you connect your business accounts (for example, automated replies to customer messages).
• To communicate with you about the Service, including support and important updates.
• To maintain safety and security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations.
• With third-party platforms you choose to connect (such as Meta), as required to provide the features you request.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or others.

4. Meta Platform Data

Where we access data through Meta's APIs (including the Facebook Graph API, Instagram API, or WhatsApp Business API), we use that data only to provide the features you request, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not use Meta platform data for advertising, nor do we sell it or share it with data brokers. You can revoke our access at any time from your Facebook or Instagram account settings under "Apps and Websites" / "Business Integrations".

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time:

• Email us at admin@247clerk.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including the name or email associated with your account.
• If you connected via Facebook or Instagram, you may also remove the app from your account settings ("Apps and Websites" / "Business Integrations"), which revokes our access.

We will delete your personal information within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Users

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
